Not much more to say, despite the fact that it was alot to read.. I'd actually make the temple strike change and completely remove the similar elite "Golden Skull Strike".. The VAST majority I absolutely agree with..
The *only* other thing to say is.. Damn fine work..

Impale shouldnt have to follow a dual attack, should be If Target is suffering a deep wound...and I rather it be a hex, Before it gave a much better spike since it was applied with the Dual attack, making a 120-180 Total dual attack 200-240

Pointless? My assassin is the deadliest character I have. A profession is only pointless if you haven't worked out how to play them efficiently, and the assassin isn't one of the easy choices to play with. It took me a full 2 months to work out how to even start to get my assassin playing in a style that even resembles effective, and I still have a long way to go.
That being said, I don't think that there are any assassin skills that really need retuning right now. The problem with skills comes from how you choose to combine them, not from the skills themselves, in my opinion.

Assassins are fine. If there's 1 skill that needs a nerf, it's feigned neutrality, and it's highly removable and very restrictive.
